The opto-electronic laser sensors of the LDM301 product series of laser distance meters measure distances and speed in a non contact fashion and also without reflectors. The very fast measuring rates enable reliable measurement of or from moving objects. The optical and non-wearing time-of-flight (TOF) measuring principle is ideally suited for large measurement ranges of several hundreds of meters and for harsh industrial environments. The LDM301 laser distance meters provide fast and absolute measurements with high precision.

The laser distance meters of the LDM301 series are the first laser sensors available on market that combine extremely fast distance measuring also of long ranges with speed measurement in a single compact device.

 Maximum flexibility by comfortable configuration options and modular setup
Profibus DP, SSI, RS232 and RS422 are available as interface options. Programmable switching output, analog output, setting of customer specific parameters are only a few options warranting flexibilty in use and ease of integration into industrial automation systems or fieldbus driven process controls.

The LDM301 laser distance meters standard delivery include automated heating, status display and adjusting aid or ssighting devices. The modular device setup allows for easy complementation with accessories or special models for particular applications.
